The client must be available for any kind of consulting while building the product until the set deadline.
The client must provide working materials required from inovatixlab within 3 working days from the requirement.
Every completed website,graphic design and programmed code remains under InovatixLab property until is fully payed by the client.
Every graphic design, php code/script, or complete product created and released by InovatixLab remains under the property of InovatixLab and it must not be used or reused without any confirmation and agreement from InovatixLab.
InovatixLab is not responsible for any lost materials that was already payed and bought.
InovatixLab is not responsible for any materials that are publicly announced by the client and buyer.
InovatixLab will not be involved if a conflict occurs between the buyer ,that inovatixlab sell the product to, and his clients, or be responsible for any abuse committed by the inovatixlab buyer.
InovatixLab is not responsible for any expenses or stalling caused by the personal responsible for the maintenance of the servers.
InovatixLab is not responsible for missing the deadline if the client asks for any additional work or changes to the product.
The client has the obligation to test the product (ex.web site)and to know and confirm its functionality before it will be publicly released.
The client has the obligation to approve or request any corrections to the product within 1 week after the official release of the product.If the client does not request any correction within that week, InovatixLab will consider that the work is completed and accepted by the client.
